Vítězslav currently works for the Czech Audiovisual Fund, the main public funding body for the audiovisual industry in the Czech Republic. Within the Czech Film Center department, Vítězslav is responsible for promoting and marketing Czech non-fiction content and the local film industry internationally. He collaborates with international festivals and coproduction platforms and supports creative exchange between Czech filmmakers and their international counterparts. In addition, he cooperates with the programming team of the One World Human Rights Film Festival in Prague and is also responsible for the production of the cinephile magazine Cinepur, which provides professional and critical reflection on contemporary audiovisual culture.
