Radka Weiserová has been active as a curator and coordinator in the Czech film and festival scene for many years: she has worked for the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival since the early 2000s, and has been the coordinator of the KVIFF TALKs since 2008. In parallel, she has been involved in various projects at the Institute of Documentary Film since 2003. Between 2007 and 2015, she organised the Fresh Film Fest – IFF of First Features and Student Films in Prague. She is currently a member of the selection committee for the Prague Short Film Festival and runs her own project, Cinergy Prague, a platform for professional development for young filmmakers and film professionals, offering masterclasses, workshops, lectures, discussions and screenings.
