Gabrielė Vaičiūnaitė is a cultural manager focusing on video production.
She began her filmmaker’s career in 2007, working on the biggest and most
expensive Lithuanian-American feature film “Defiance” (by Edward Zwick).
Started as jr. Art Director she experienced the industry working at different
departments from Costumes and Art to AD’s and Production Office.
Gabrielė was internationally recognized after producing her first short
feature film “Thump Thump” (directed by Gintarė Rakickaitė) and selected
from few thousands of applicants to Berlinale Talents in 2013 — the annual
summit and networking platform of the Berlin International Film Festival for
300 emerging film creatives from all over the world.
Animated documentary "Delta Zoo" is her first feature as a producer.
