Mátyás Prikler (1982, Bratislava) graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, where he studied film direction. Between 2005 and 2006, he studied at the Hungarian Film Academy in Budapest. His first feature-length movie Fine, Thanks had a premiere on IFF Rotterdam in 2013. In 2005 he founded the film production company MPhilms where he produced a co-produced various successful fiction and documentary films (like: Fine, thanks, Slovakia 2.0, Wild Roots, Paradise on Earth, Power, Explanation for Everything).
