Urša Menart was born in Ljubljana in 1985. She graduated in film and television directing at the University of Ljubljana, Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television in 2010. She has been working as short and documentary film maker and assistant director since 2008. She attended the Berlinale Talent Campus in 2009 and Les Arcs Filmschool village in 2013. What About Mojca? is her third documentary feature.
