Joanna Janikowska (1992) graduated from Warsaw University’s Individual Studies in the Humanities where she studied Italian philology and Culture studies. She is a film director and editor. Her documentary feature debut “Comrades” won the Visegrad Award Special Mention at the Jihlava International FF. Her newest project “Isabella” won the Institute of Documentary Film award for the pitchiting at Krakow FF, and was among finalists of the prestigious scriptwriting competition Premio Solinas.
