Anna was born in 1973 and graduated in film and TV directing from the The Polish National Film, Television and Theatre School in Lodz, and in Polish philology at the University of Wroclaw. She was also a participant of “Ekran” educational programme for young filmmakers at the Wajda School, with her feature script It's me now. Anna wrote and directed several feature films (cinema released) including Z milosci (2012), General, It's me now (2005), Touch me (2003) and the short Corridor. She was also working for a Polish Public Television series Kings of the City. In 2009, Anna co-wrote animation Esterhazy and started working on Three Women. Her films were shown and awarded at many international film festivals.
