WE ARE ALL CHILDREN
In a village beset by unemployment and scarcity, there is a school which is an oasis of tolerance, knowledge, and kindness. The school has 76 students. More than half are Roma, and the others are Turks and Bulgarians. Very soon, however, the school may close, since the minimum requirement is 80 students. The school in the village is like a miniature model of our society. Miniature because the characters in it are children, but also because all the problems of modern Bulgaria are reflected in the school.
