And yet, even the best prison can not replace the natural yearning for freedom – a gift that every person is born with... Prison is like a shadow that is always with us, since the times when humans agreed to build and sustain a society. No one knows whether tomorrow this shadow will touch anyone of us. Once it does, it becomes a struggle for survival, not only physical, but also a mental and spiritual one, because without mental strength and deep awareness, it’s easy to slide into the dark abyss of self-pity and loneliness.
