Marian Ligda is a former freeride skier devoted to sport even after a spinal injury he had in 2005. This accident has remained him on a wheelchair. Nowadays, he is one of the World’s topfive SitSki skiers who slide the most extreme slopes inclined more than 45 degrees. And there is more, Marian tried another extreme during last summer time. He decides to go on handbike trip across the Europe within three weeks’ time. The trip started in Slovakia and finished in Paris the day of official finish of Tour de France 2013. During the trip Marian was accompanied by a small film crew, which captured and documented his journey. The whole trip is meant to be a "road documentary" that definitely will not be just a capture of the athletic performance of one disabled person.
