Head of Alphapanda Warsaw – a Polish division of an international film marketing agency specialized in digital campaigns for film industry where she handles the CEE, US and Scandinavian market. Alphapanda’s clients list includes the European Film Awards, Curzon, Warner Bros, Under the Milky Way as well as many European sales agents, distributors and production companies.

Additionally, Joanna mentors and lectures with film training programs and labs, primarily with emerging filmmakers, plus supports various international film institutions and
film funds in multiple capacities. She is a member of the Advisory Boards of DAE - Documentary Association of Europe as well as of CIRCLE – Women Doc Accelerator.
