A native of Parma, Ohio, Roxy has been directing and producing films since she was a teenager. She is a graduate of NYU`s prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, with a BFA in Film and Television and has worked in the entertainment industry for the past ten years. While at NYU, Roxy wrote and directed several award winning student films such as "Ten Minutes" and "Nichna Tisha" which went on toJohns Hopkins International Festival and Athens International Film Festival among others .

Roxy has worked on numerous television programs including "Saturday Night Live", "Law and Order: Criminal Intent", "Law and Order: SVU", and "Trauma: Life in the ER" and on numerous feature films such as "Laws of Attraction", "In the Bedroom", "The Notorious Bettie Page", "Brooklyn Rules", "House of D", "Winter Solstice", "Definitely, Maybe" and "I Am Legend".

Highlights of her film career include acting in "House of D" opposite Frank Langella, (dir. David Duchovny) and most recently working as a red-carpet producer for the Tribeca Film Festival 2007. Roxy`s greatest accomplishment, however, has been directing and producing the feature length documentary "Folk!", aka the greatest film about Ukrainian folk dancing ever! The film, which took four years to complete, is the start up project for KinoRox Productions, which she co-founded with cinematographer/producer Jeremy McCarter in 2003.

Currently Roxy is masterminding the official festival premieres of "Folk!" and months continues to work with Milligrace Productions as well as Working Vacations Corporation. With KinoRox she is developing several feature length scripts as well as a television pilot. Roxy hopes to begin production on a new project in the fall of 2007.
