Valentin Tkach was born in Karelia (Russia) in 1974. Graduated from the Russian State university of printing arts. 2014 started his study at the Marina Razbezhkina and Mikhail Ugarov School of Documentary Film and Theater. Works as a documentary film maker and modern artist.
