Eva Rink studied anthropology, history and journalism in Germany and France, and has been a producer of documentaries for the past 13 years. After her graduation she worked in the US on various productions for the Discovery Channel, after which she became a line producer for international co-productions at major German documentary film production companies, such as filmtank hamburg, the Gebrueder Beetz Filmproduktion and ma.ja.de. . Since January 2013 she works as producer for international co-productions with filmquadrat.doc. In the past Eva Rink had been responsible for several award winning, often theatrical released documentaries, such as “Call me Babylon” (Grimme Award 2004); “Americas Secret War in Laos”; “FC Barca- the year of decision (Grimme Award 2005)
