Anna Rodgers has been directing and producing award winning films for more than 20 years. As a producer Anna Rodgers is behind Alan Gilsenan’s feature documentary The Yellow Bittern, as well as RTE documentaries The Story of Yes, Growing up Gay and John Lonergan's Circus. As a director, her work has garnered her multiple IFTA nominations, three Radharc awards, and numerous Best Documentary awards. In 2014, she won Best Director for Somebody to Love a documentary about disability and sexuality. Her most recent film How to Tell a Secret, a drama documentary hybrid about HIV which has travelled to over 28 festivals and events worldwide. It won Best Documentary at the London Irish Film Festival and Poland LGBT Film Festival. Anna is currently directing a film for Netflix called Two Mothers.
