Ieva Lange has been part of the Baltic Sea Docs team since 2017, moving from communications into forum production. With a background in anthropology, she is interested in ethnographic approaches to documentary filmmaking. She previously worked in film exhibition and festival organisation at arthouse cinema Kino Bize.
