Radomil has over 25 years in the film industry. He has a location company Silvershot s.r.o., which cooperated on major Czech and international award winning projects filmed in Czech republic. He is the owner of the Filmove Ateliery Kladno - film studios that worked on films such as Hallow Road or John Wick 4. Since 2024 he established a production company Industry Film s.r.o., which focuses on development and production of independent documentary film projects and is currently in post production phase of two feature lenght documentary films about human rights and environment.
