Juris Pakalniņš is an artist of fictions and documentaries. He has graduated State institute of Cinematography Moscow (class of Alov- Naumov) and have been an intern in Cinecittà in Rome. Juris has huge experience with both in feature and documentary films. Since 1995 he has been director for many projects developed by Latvian television and independent production companies. He has also worked as script author and fiction expert for Latvian film center.
