She graduated from the Philosophy Department at Warsaw University, Photography and Film Studies at French Université Paris X. She used to work as a co-director, screenwriter, production manager, first AD, cinema promoter and film festival organizer, learning about the film process from many different angles, before she entered film production. Her feature-length production debut, Lessons of Love, co-produced by HBO Europe, premiered at IDFA in 2019 and travelled to 60 festivals around the world (Hot Docs, Visions du Réel, Docs NYC), won numerous awards, and was nominated to Polish Film Awards like her second film Vika!. Together with Katarzyna Slesicka she runs My Way Studio based in Warsaw. Graduate of international training programmes: EAVE, Dokincubator, IDFA Academy, DocLab Poland.
