Tereza Šťastná studied Arts Management at the University of Economics in Prague. She began her film career as a production coordinator at TV commercial production house Boogie films. She later moved to Nutprodukce to gain experience in feature film production. Transitioning to the documentary film industry, she worked as a coordinator of the Ex Oriente Film international workshop. In 2022, she became the producer of the film "Runaway" directed by Marika Pecháčková, in collaboration with Hypermarket Film and HBO Max. Most recently, she served as the Head of Production of the Industry department at Ji.hlava IDFF and is now working at the Goethe Institute in Prague as a manager of EU project aimed at film education in the CEE region.
