Andrey Titov was born in December in 1974 in the town of Kamensk-Uralsky, the Sverdlovsk Oblast. He graduated from the Ural State University in 1997. He worked as an editor, special correspondent, commentator for public affairs broadcast, host of programmes in regional television companies.He started working in the sphere of documentaries in 2003, first as a scriptwriter, then as a director. He has been working in the film company “Snega” since 2005. Andrey is a member of the Filmmakers Union of the Russian Federation.
