Togrul Musayev was born on July 3, 1992 in Baku. He graduated from Baku State University with a degree in Bio-Environmental Chemical Engineering. In this process, he joined the sound operator and mixing trainings. He made two experimental short films, including "Bread" and "Mother's Day", and worked as a sound operator and sound director in a series of independent films, including the "Charter" of the Azerbaijani film.
He worked as a sound operator for "Two Lives", "Bridesless Brides", "Exam " and "Game" series broadcast on "Caspian TV"

He later worked freelance as a 1st AD in different advertising companies, shot many commercials in parallel, and in 2020, he made the film "About a Father".
He is currently working as a freelance filmmaker and video-designing.
