Barbora studied Creative Writing and Media Communication. After graduating, alongside writing for a television series, she focused primarily on working for several non-profit organizations. She gained production experience at the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art while preparing dozens of exhibitions, and later at the Institute of Documentary Film, where she was responsible for the full production of international educational programs for documentary filmmakers from Central and Eastern Europe.
She currently works as a freelance project and production manager, focusing on the cultural sector, festivals,
and the production and the executive of film, documentary and television projects. She works closely with the production company NOW Productions and The Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.
