Stefan Ivančić is a film director, producer and programmer. He graduated Film directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, Belgrade, in 2013. His short films have been selected in many international festivals such Cannes, Rotterdam, FID Marseille, San Sebastian, Visions du Réel and Torino, among others. His documentary 1973 won the Silver Eye Award Special Mention in 2014. Stefan has produced the feature film The Load (2018) by Ognjen Glavonic, which premiered at the Directors' Fortnight in Cannes this year. He is working as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. He is a member of the selection committee of Pardi di domani at Locarno Festival and the head of programming of Pančevo Film Festival (Serbia). He lives and works in Belgrade.
