Ana Gheorghe is a Romanian film producer and screenwriter with a BA in Film Studies and an MA in Screenwriting from UNATC I.L. Caragiale (Bucharest). Her graduation short, A Night in Tokoriki, won the Generation 14plus Special Prize at Berlinale 2016 and screened at nearly 90 festivals. Since 2016 she has produced films such as Intercom 15 (Semaine de la Critique—Cannes 2021), Maybe Darkness Will Cover Me (Best Short—Alter-Native 2022), Bucharest Seen from Above (Trieste, Thessaloniki), and Hunters in the Snow (Drama ISFF 2025). She recently produced Andrei Epure’s debut feature Don’t Let Me Die (Locarno—Cineasti del Presente) and is in late development on Ana Vijdea’s debut documentary nava mamă (IDFA Project Space, MFI DocLab), plus several new shorts.
