Faton Mustafa is filmmaker and journalist with a rich history of advocacy and storytelling. He has collaborated with numerous NGOs, including Romawood, the Rolling Film Festival, and various film workshops focused on Roma youth. His work extends to organizations such as Gaia SCI Kosovo, RomaRoads, Balkan Sunflowers, and RADC, where he has contributed to social and educational projects aimed at empowering Roma communities, particularly the youth in Kosovo, and promoting volunteerism. Between 2009 and 2011, Faton worked for Kosovo’s National TV (RTK) on the Roma program "Yekhipe," serving as a cameraman, editor, and journalist. During this time, he produced over 40 TV reports, shedding light on diverse human rights issues across Kosovo, with a special focus on the Roma community.
