Teresa Czepiec, director, screenwriter and storyboard artist, was born in Belgium and began her professional path through life as an architect. She studied directing at the University of Silesia’s Krzysztof Kieslowski Faculty of Radio and Television in Katowice and graduated from the prestigious Le Fresnoy post-graduate art and audiovisual research centre in France and the DOK PRO documentary programme run by the Wajda School in Warsaw. Her documentary short, Super Unit (2014), has been screened at more than seventy festivals, receiving numerous awards both in Poland and internationally. She works in Poland and France.
