Inessa Mkrtchyan graduated from the Russian-Armenian University in 2011. After several years working in the film industry as an assistant director, production manager etc. she founded her film production company MOTIF FILMS in 2019. It is currently working on several film projects.. Mkrtchyan participated in EAVE on Demand Producer’s Workshop 2018, GAIFF Pro C2C Market 2018, 2019 and 2020, EurasiaDoc 2019, etc.
