Ivo Briedis is multi-media artist, professional dramaturge, script writer and director who in different capacities has participated in more than 30 films (documentaries, features and animations) and theater plays. Ivo is also working as dramaturgy lecturer at the Latvian academy of Culture in Riga. His latest documentary The National Touch rises issue about integration of the Russians that has not happened since Latvia gained independence more than 25 years ago. In 2012 his feature The Film was awarded the best non feature length feature film.
