Marina Baibarza is film director and producer from Kyiv. Founder of Process Films. She holds an MFA in Film Directing from the Academy of Art and Design in Łódź, Poland.As a producer, she develops projects from concept to distribution, working across fiction, documentary, and commercial formats, and collaborating closely with creative teams at every stage of production. Her work blends a distinctive authorial vision with a deep interest in character psychology, editing rhythm, and visual poetry.
