Tuğba Bozkurt was born in 1993, in Ankara. She studied psychology at Middle East Technical University (METU). Then she went to Beirut and became exchange student at Beirut American University. She got her master’s degree in Social Psychology field again at METU. She took scriptwriting classes at a performance arts center in Ankara and wrote her first feature film script which later became finalist in “First Script, First Film” project. She moved to Istanbul in 2017 and started to work as assistant producer in documentary department of TRT World.
