Film expert, publicist, festival organiser and journalist, the European Film Academy and FIPRESCI member, founding member of the Belarusian Independent Film Academy. For 11 years (2010-2020) he served as a program director for the Listapad International Film Festival in Minsk. Since 2022 he serves as an Advisory Board Member of programming at the Odesa IFF and as a senior programmer for the Warsaw IFF. Worked as Eastern European film market consultant for the European Film Market at Berlinale’23-24. Сurrently serves as a member of the goEast Wiesbaden Film Festival's selection committee.
