Umut Vedat, a storyteller dedicated to photography and documentary filmmaking, uses his lens to reveal the depths of cultural interactions, discrimination, and environmental issues. Collaborating with NGOs like Roots&Routes, TEMA, Greenpeace, and the European Climate Foundation, Umut's work has appeared in The Guardian, Le Monde, and other international media. Exhibiting in cities like Istanbul, Yerevan, Tbilisi, and San Francisco, Umut explores empathy and identity through audiovisual storytelling. With an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's in Cinematography, he founded PurpleEye Films in Estonia, where Umut works crewing in film productions while developing his own projects
