Director and screenwriter, graduated film directing at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb (documentary). Worked for twenty years as a film critic, journalist and editor at the daily newspaper Vecernji list, he was the director of the film festival in Pula in 1999., the president of the Croatian Film Critics Society and a member of the Program Council of Croatian radio television (HRT). Published a collection of social columns "Those Wonderful Creatures" and a satirical lexicon "Buy Croatian" (co-authored with film director Ognjen Svilicic).
