Cultural manager Eric Nikodym has been working for Ymusic GmbH as a senior project manager since 2018 and took over the management of the production office in 2021. From 2018 to 2020, he was responsible for the SONGLINES flagship project for the city of Nuremberg's bid to become European Capital of Culture 2025 and worked as a production manager for various festivals (including Kunstfest Weimar, KunstFestSpiele Herrenhausen, Karlsruhe International Handel Festival). In addition to his work for Ymusic GmbH, he is managing director and project manager of the international performance collective "KULA Compagnie" and managing director of the International Handel Academy Karlsruhe.
