Revolta proti sobě
Performer a výtvarník Jiří Surůvka je ztělesněním revolty. Vlastní brutalitou narušuje brutalitu zažitých stereotypů a spodních proudů uvnitř hostilní společnosti. Jako popkulturní politizující agresivní klaun zabírá veřejný prostor, aby performativně proměnil jeho zhoubné základy. Film o současném a světově proslulém výtvarníkovi z průmyslové bude během roční roadmovie Jiřího Surůvky provádějícího své provokace po mnoha místech zkoumat, čím a jak musí člověk revoltovat sám proti sobě, aby se mohl takto obrátit i vůči ostatním.
Cesta z ghetta
Trojice ohromně talentovaných mladých hiphoperů chce ven. Je jim kolem dvaceti, jsou to Romové a mají jen základní školu. Na etnicky jednolitém sídlišti menšího severočeského města nemají moc co dělat, ale zároveň není jak odejít - nemají práci ani peníze, a tak zatím bydlí u rodičů, klackují se po bezútěšném okolí a žijí leda z nevelkých sociálních dávek. Touží ale vypadnout, stát se hvězdami, něco dokázat, a přijít pak zpět jako ti, které sami obdivují.
Rozrušovat, narušovat, porušovat, vzrušovat
Dokumentární portrét poezie vyvěrající z tvorby básníka Petra Hrušky. Hruškovy básně se stanou spolu s ním součástí veřejného prostoru a situací, kam se zdánlivě nehodí a kde je rozhodně nikdo nečeká - prodavačky prodávající v obchodě, popeláři nakládající popelnice, úřednice za přepážkou, funkcionáři města. Budou jimi obklopeni, budou na ně reagovat, přemítat o nich, rezonovat s nimi v symbolických a estetických kompozicích, vystihujících podstatu měnícího se ostravského světa kontrastujícího úpadek s modernitou a její tekutostí. Poprvé dojde ke společenským interakcím s básněmi ve veřejném prostoru. Film bude průběžnou básnickou performací vtahující nezúčastněné aktéry, kteří nejsou ani umělci, ani čtenáři poezie, a spolu s nimi a Hruškou bude přebudovávat svět přímo před očima.
Klovací pořádek
Hlavními aktéry poněkud nezvyklého dokumentárního filmu je skupina mentálně handicapovaných účastníků a účastnic filmové dílny o.s. Inventura, sdružení pro integraci mentálně handicapovaných osob do společnosti prostřednictvím umění, pod vedením a v režii autora námětu Ivo Bystřičana. Klovací pořádek je inspirován vleklou vládní krizí v roce 2012, eskalací korupčních kauz a neutuchajícími občanskými protesty. Právě demonstrace a protestní akce jsou výrazem krize demokracie a spatřované nekompetentnosti vlády, aniž by však protestní hnutí dokázaly nastínit řešení. Štáb mentálně handicapovaných se snaží nalézt své vlastní řešení krize vládnutí. Nový model fungování vlády a distribuci moci ve společnosti se v konfrontaci s protestujícími snaží hledat v nejrůznějších společenstvích zvířat. Štáb přitom vede dialog s předními etology a sociobiology Danielem Fryntou z Přírodovědecké fakulty UK a Markem Špinkou z Výzkumného ústavu živočišné výroby v Uhříněvsi.

The Island of Freedom is a portrait of contemporary Taiwan, an island with a troubled history and an uncertain future, under the constant threat of invasion from China. Drawing on the personal stories and artistic work of the protagonists - from writers to activists and political illustrators - the film creates a powerful and layered mosaic of human destinies as they struggle to preserve identity and freedom amid geopolitical tensions.
The film combines elements of political documentary, artistic and almost intimate testimony. The subject is approached from different perspectives - Taiwanese and foreign. This multicultural range of protagonists, including Ukrainian activist Alex Khomenko, Czech cinematographer Karel Pícha, Hongkongese political artist Kacey Wong, Taiwanese political cartoonist Stellina Chen and a dystopian writer Chu Yu-hsun connects the Taiwanese situation with global issues of political unfreedom and oppression, creating a bridge between the audience and the film's subjects, captured from the point of view of the director who comes from the Czech Republic and bring her perspective and will be present behind the scenes together with the Czech cinematographer and one of the characters of the film at the same time, Karel Pícha.
A significant element of the film will be the depiction of protagonists joining the civil defense training that is beginning to form in Taiwan as a defence against potential conflict. The training of the civilian becomes a parallel narrative where the protagonists bring in the physical dimensions of their personalities alongside playing a strategic board game 2045 simulating annexation of Taiwan. This film is not only a personal testimony, but also a warning of the threat of loss of independence.
