Sabat Film is a small studio specializing in documentary filmmaking. The company is run by director-producer Kadriann Kibus along with director and cinematographer Sergei Kibus. The company was established in 2011. In the same year, it introduced a short fiction "The Son of the Reaper man" (by Sergei Kibus), and in 2014, documentary feature “The Women of Muhu Island” (by Kadriann Kibus), which won EstDocs jury top prize in Canada. "Toys and Totems" (2017, by Kadriann and Sergei Kibus) brings together documentary storytelling and stop-motion animation to handle more surreal and abstract topics in non-ficiton filmmaking.
