Independent Film Project is a Tbilisi-based studio founded in 2006. Today IFP focuses on international co-productions in high-end auteur-driven cinema, premium series, and documentaries of socially significant context.
Among other studio festival awards and nominations: Official Georgian selection to the 2008 Academy Awards, Best Foreign Language Film category and Special Jury Prize at MIFF 2008, Golden Lily for Best Film 2010 at Wiesbaden goEast 2010, Grand Prix at Split Film Festival 2011.
Nomination at Locarno Film Festival 2011, Un Certain Regard Cannes Film Festival 2011, Tiger Award 2010.
