Gloria Films has been an independent production company based in Paris and working in feature film and documentary production for 20 years, run by Laurent Lavolé. The company has produced 13 feature films, about 50 documentaries and more than 30 shorts. Their productions have won awards and been distributed in the leading overseas territories and international festivals. Their films have regularly been international co-productions. In 2015, Gloria Films is currently in postproduction of three feature films : “Lamb” from first time Ethiopian director Yared Zeleke, “Looking for her” from Ounie Lecomte and “Campo Grande” from Sandra Kogut. Gloria Films was already the producer of Lecomte and Kogut’s first features, “A brand new life” and “Mutum”, which both opened in Cannes Film Fest. In the documentary field, a new producer, Maud Huynh, joined the team in 2012. A feature length doc was released last November, “Job Centre, please hang on” and many projects are currently in production or development.
