MercuryMedia was set up to develop and distribute documentaries for the international television market. In eight years we have built the company and are now recognised as one of the most innovative multi-platform distributors working in the industry today.

joiningthedots.tv, our on-line VOD documentary channel has just launched in partnership with The Independent Newspaper and we are working across the TV, theatrical, DVD, in-flight and educational markets with our films.

Mercury’s catalogue has attracted programmes from some of the world’s leading production companies and we put great store in the quality of our slate of documentaries and series. Our ethos is to inform, challenge, educate, entertain and provoke and whilst we are selective about who we work with, we are keen to develop new as well as proven talent.

In 2008, we have already added seven new documentaries to our catalogue and we are actively looking for more producers to work with. We are represented at all the major markets and our acquisitions and sales teams can be found at documentary and film festivals around the world.
