Cinephage

Co-founded by Victor Ede and Jean-Robert Viallet, Cinéphage Productions started to develop and produce its own projects from 2015. The company is based in Marseilles, France.
Cinéphage has carried out french-speaking international co-productions with major European public broadcasters (ARTE France and GEIE, France Televisions, RTBF, RTS, ERT, TVP, TV5 Monde...), international projects co-developed with partners from Europe, USA and Middle East for TV and theatrical release, and more local projects from the South region of France.
Cinéphage has produced until now 12 films including 6 international coproductions, and is currently developing or producing 15 new projects, with a large majority of international coproductions. Our films are mostly dealing with youth, gender, war aftermaths and environmental issues, by a majority of female directors. Past and current projects gave us the chance to collaborate with 19 different countries for coproduction.
Cinéphage projects are mostly supported by French national and regional fundings, Cinémas du Monde, Procirep-Angoa, MEDIA Creative, Eurimages...
Cinéphage is member of DAE, SPI, LPA. Victor Ede is vice-president of LPA. He has been member of several commissions, currently deputy member Cinémas du Monde (CNC), and is involved in many workshops and forums.
