In Works Istanbul

IN Works Istanbul is a independent art-house production company created by the directors and photographers Ismail Necmi (www.ismailnecmi.com) and Dieter Sauter (www.dieter-sauter.com) in Istanbul, in order to develop director-driven films and documentaries. The company had its début film “Should I Really Do It?” (www.shouldireallydoit.com) shown at several international film festivals around the world including Toronto International Film Festival 2009. The film has been awarded 'Daniel Langlois Innovation Award' at the International Competition of the 38th Montreal International Festival du Nouveau Cinéma 2009, and both 'Most Promising New Director Award' and 'Most Promising New Screenwriter Award' at the 20th Ankara International Film Festival 2009. With a young and dynamic team devoted to promoting and developing art-house films, IN Works Istanbul specializes in supporting directors with original cinematographic visions.
