HansaMedia produces television programs, corporate video and TV commercials, video and documentary films as well as interactive projects and live internet streams. We are technically independent with fully functional in-house video and sound post-production facilities and team. Founded 1998 HansaMedia is one of the leading TV content producers for the Latvian Public Broadcaster – LTV – but also cooperates on co-productions with leading Latvian commercial television stations. Our TV programs to date have covered a wide range of topics from popular science and children’s programmes to public affairs, sports and socioeconomic analysis. HansaMedia has its own 36 m2 studio facility with black and blue screens as well as necessary video equipment with professional personnel for any production from TV feature to documentary film, from advertising clip to small scale studio TV show. We also have our own conference facilities for conferences up to 40 participants.Our core staff are experienced through the full production cycle – from creating an idea, through research, pre- and post-production, and we also have a extensive contact base for attaching necessary experience and expertise when any project calls for it. Our staff are English speaking, but German, French, Russian and Swedish can also be catered for. We have experience in covering Latvia as well as the Baltic states and have extensive contacts in the countries of the former Soviet Union and CIS states.Our services have been previously employed by Instant News Service (I.N.S) Production for Europe by Satellite, Deutsche Welle TV, ITV 1, Nippon Television, BBC radio 4.
