War on Screen festival is the only film festival that offers a reflection on the conflict and its consequences, thanks to an international programme which highlights representations of conflicts in cinema and in animated image. From a theme deeply settled in the region Champagne, War on Screen is more than a festival. It develops a support for creation, publishing, research and education by weaving with French and international partnerships.
