The 2nd workshop of Ex Oriente Film 2018/2019, titled Inside the Production, will take place at IDFF Ji.hlava from October 24 to 29, 2018. Among the tutors are Mike Bonanno (half of The Yes Men duo), Vitaly Mansky and Sean McAllister.
The leading tutors of the 2nd workshop of Ex Oriente Film 2018/2019 are programme director of EDN Mikael Opstrup (Denmark), consultant and producer Iikka Vehkalahti (Finland), director and dramaturgist Ivana Pauerová Miloševičová (CZ) and director and producer Filip Remunda (CZ).

Mike Bonanno (Igor Vamos) – American writer, media artist, director and producer, half of the famous "culture jamming activist duo" The Yes Men.
Vitaly Mansky – Russian documentary filmmaker, author of documentaries awarded at festivals all over the world (DOK Leipzig, KVIFF, Amsterodam, DocAviv), such as Under the Sun (2015) and Putin's Witnesses (2018).
Sean McAllister – British filmmaker who works for independent and commercial British television channels. His films, such as The Liberace of Baghdad (2004) or A Syrian Love Story (2015) are known for its distinctive style which he himself describes as "fly-in-the-soup approach"
Thomas Ernst – German film editor, story editor and author. Documentaries like When Pigs Come, Overdose, Stream Of Love and ULTRA are on his long credit list. The film Drifter won the “First Appearance Award” at IDFA 2014. He also works as a consultant and lecturer at international workshops.
Dr. Stefan Rüll – advocate and mediator with many years of experience in film and television industry, worked as director and legal consultant in German production and distribution companies
Joanna Solecka – marketing strategist and Torino Film Lab expert in the Audience Design field. Currently Joanna works for Alphapanda, a film marketing agency specialised in digital technologies, which was founded in London in 2011.
Ivan Ostrochovský – Slovak director, writer and producer (Punkchart Films, Sentimentalfilm) who stands behind succesful titles such as Domestique (2018, premiered at this year's edition of KVIFF), Nina (2017) and Goat (2015)

Susanna Baranzhieva – Russian screenwriter and director, collaborator of the killed documentary filmmaker Alexander Rastorguev, with whom she collaborated on documentaires Tender's Heat. Wild, Wild Beach and I Don't Love You. She wrote scripts for more than 100 TV broadcasts.
KriStine Ann Skaret – one of the founders and producers in the Norwegian / Danish production company Stray Dog Productions which provides upcoming filmmakers with experience and network allowing them to follow their visions and ideas.
Bjarte M. Tveit – experienced creative producer, writer and director. He is interested in films made from the perspective of the outsiders and the suppressed. He participated in a number of workshops and courses over the years, including BritDoc’s Impact Producers Lab and EAVE
