Synopsis

An anarchist, a Jesuit, a female senator and a bank expert, allies in civic courage. František Kriegel was one of the most courageous men in the modern history of Czechoslovakia, and was the only one of the country's leaders who refused to agree with the Warsaw Pact invasion in 1968. Our present is also full of challenges requiring courage. The four winners of Frantisek Kriegel Award could be an inspiration to us all.
