The Term

The film is a view from the inside how to be an oppositionist in Putin’s Russia. Attempts, mistakes, political tricks, seen through the eyes of the opposition leaders: Sergei Udaltsov, a provocative left radical politician; Ksenia Sobchak, Putin’s goddaughter who switched sides to join the opposition; Ilya Yashin, a liberal activist, and Aleksei Navalny, a popular anti-corruption blogger who unexpectedly found himself at the forefront of Russian politics.
