Synopsis

A former night-watchman of the National Gallery in Prague and a poet, writer and philosopher. His works were published in samizdat form for many years, but became accessible to the wider public only after 1989. He lived in Prague and Telc before finally settling in Bratislava, where he took Slovak citizenship and started writing his literary works in Slovak. This documentary is about his career, friends, views on philosophy, etc.
