Synopsis
We cannot control where and when we are born. The country in which we suddenly appear largely determines our future opportunities. However, Pavol believes that we don’t have to restrict ourselves to what a limited territory offers. He sees himself as a global opportunist, creating his own parallel space through a nomadic lifestyle and evolving technologies. Pavol absorbs inspiration from his travels, where he meets people who have voluntarily or involuntarily exited the system and left their homelands. Parallel Space is a documentary road movie that follows Pavol as he explores different forms of freedom. Freedom, which used to be presented to us as a fundamental social value, but, in reality, it often requires constant struggle to achieve and maintain.
