Synopsis
A house. The one my grandmother lived in since 1971. Everything remained intact after her death. What to do with this legacy? Today, the objects she accumulated are a call to better understand the woman she was. Can the material traces that I observe, count, classify and arrange in the context of still lifes fill in her silences and whisper things about her life? Between her and these things, are there not the aspirations of a woman driven by the unspoken desire to be recognized as a white Frenchwoman?
